Overview

Load-Assist Automation (LA) is an easy-to-use laser automation system offered in two configurations for increased laser cutting productivity. LA Load transfers sheets to the shuttle table and LA Load/Unload loads material and unloads cut sheets. Maximum sheet dimensions (LA 3015): 120" x 60" x 3/4". Maximum sheet dimensions (LA 4020): 160" x 80" x 0.5". Minimum sheet dimensions (LA 3015): 36" x 36" x 0.039". Minimum sheet dimensions (LA 4020): 36" x 36" x 0.039". Maximum sheet weight (LA 3015): 1653 lbs. Maximum sheet weight (LA 4020): 1807 lbs. Height of the system (LA 3015): 109". Height of the system (LA 4020): 109". LA Load/Unload is listed as compatible with Phoenix FL-3015, Phoenix FL-4020, Puma 3015 and Puma 4020. LA Load is listed as compatible with YSD LaserONE 3015, Phoenix FL-3015 and Puma 3015. LA Load is controlled by a simple button system and LA Load/Unload can communicate with the laser cutting machine to make automatic cycles possible without the need for operator intervention. MOVit modular automation units can be added as retrofits. Options include an input table for raw material and an output table for finished parts. The system facilitates sheet movement to and from the laser shuttle bed to increase laser cutting productivity. LA Load transfers sheets quickly and efficiently from a stack of raw material to the machine, and LA Load/Unload handles loading raw material and unloading finished cut sheets and parts. LA Load can be operated via a simple button system by operators of any level, and LA Load/Unload can communicate with the laser cutting machine to enable automatic cycles without the need for operator intervention.
