Form 4BL

Overview

The Form 4BL has a build platform size of 353 x 196 x 350 mm and a print volume of 24,2 l, which is 4,6 times the print volume of the Form 4B. It can produce up to 32 models per print in a horizontal orientation or up to 75 models per print in a vertical orientation, with a reference speed of 32 models in 14 min* (printing time based on models for aligners printed with the Fast Model Resin at 160 µm). Print quality is driven by a 46 µm pixel size with preconfigured antialiasing, producing smoother surfaces, lower separation forces, and fine-point supports; 95 % of surfaces print within a margin of error of 50 µm to the CAD model and 99 % within 100 µm to the CAD model. The printer uses Low Force Display (LFD) technology with retroillumination generated by 145 lights LED and collimating lenses to project a uniform, high-power light area for rapid, precise curing across the build platform. The system includes validated print settings, intelligent control systems, durable consumables, factory calibration, remote monitoring, automatic resin handling, a resin tank, and automated dispensing. The Form 4BL is offered from 14.502 MXN. Explicitly supported dental applications include surgical guides, models for clear aligners, All-on-X, occlusal splints, diagnostic models, restorative models, provisional restorations, custom impression trays, direct composite restorations, indirect bonding trays, and patterns for casting and pressing. The printer supports Open Material Mode, allowing the use of any resin for these dental applications.
