Overview

The CamAir® DAD-PRO™ Desiccant Air Drying System provides worry free air filtration for top-quality paint jobs. Air enters a 2-stage filtration package where it is purged of water, oil and oil aerosols before entering a desiccant tank to remove remaining water vapor. The first stage removes oil, water and dirt down to 5 microns; the second stage coalescer removes oil vapors and dirt particles down to .01 micron; the desiccant tank removes water vapor and humidity down to -40° F dew point. Maintenance features include bagged desiccant, a replacement desiccant cartridge, replacement oil coalescer and water separator elements, a filter mounting bracket, a 50 scfm 2-stage filter assembly with regulator, and a float drain kit. The CAMAIR CT30 5-Stage Filter+ provides five-stage compressed air treatment and drying with a first stage that removes oil, water and dirt down to 40 microns and a second stage coalescer that removes oil vapors and dirt particles down to .01 micron. The CT30 desiccant tank repeats dirt and oil aerosol removal and removes humidity, and the unit has 30 CFM capacity at 100 PSI. The QC3 Filter & Dryer is a light duty, compact unit that removes water, oil and humidity with three-stage filtering rated at 0.1 micron and a high performance filtration pressure drop of only 2 PSI. The QC3 includes a quick change filter cartridge and bowl removal tool, larger filter media and longer life desiccant than disposable dryers. The DAD-PRO and CT30 are described as providing worry free air filtration for top-quality paint jobs and for painting and finishing.
