DLX 325D is a high-performance PBF system in the DLX series (DN Solutions Laser eXecution solution) with exchangeable build containers and full DNS integration for machining, automation & software. The system is positioned to enable uninterrupted 24/7 series production by utilizing the segment's largest build volume and sophisticated powder management. It supports printing a wide range of mid to large size fully functional components and the production of highly precise, high-quality printed parts in materials listed as Aluminium, Titanium, Copper, Inconel, Maraging Steel and Stainless Steel. Operational-efficiency features include automation of processes, optimized powder handling and powder sieving, and exchangeable build containers to minimize job-to-job time.
