Auxiliary Thermal Control System (ATCS)

Overview

Dynavac’s Auxiliary Thermal Control System (ATCS) provides auxiliary heating and power to flight hardware during test periods and supports customization of power channels and DC Power output ranges to match testing criteria. Channels can be controlled by voltage output, power output, temperature, and ramp control, with those controls available from integrated PC and PLC control. The system includes user-friendly screens to interface with system data and status information and enables creation and storage of custom test profiles. The ATCS is a fully configurable rack-mounted system that can accommodate any number of channels and DC power output, and all configurations and test data are available in a Microsoft SQL database. Provide auxiliary heating and power to flight hardware during test periods. Configure and control individual channels by voltage, power, temperature, and temperature ramp, create and store test configurations and custom test profiles, and retain configurations and test data in a Microsoft SQL database for future use.
