CERAVAC CTR Capacitance manometer

Overview

The CERAVAC CTR capacitance manometers utilize INCONEL diaphragms, providing stability, corrosion resistance and increased longevity, and the sensing cell is able to resist transient pressure bursts. Full scale options cover decades from 1000 to 0.1 torr and the gauges measure from 1000 torr to 1e-5 torr with accuracy up to 0.12% rdg.; they feature a high overpressure rating, very good temperature compensation regardless of ambient conditions, and long-term stability. CERAVACCTR100/CTR101 transmitters are active sensors with a stainless-steel sensor and a stainless steel 316 inlet flange, use microprocessor-based electronics, and provide serial interface (RS 232 protocol) and analogue 0-10v outputs; each gauge is delivered with a calibration final test report. Capacitive gauges react much quicker than a Piezo pressure measurement gauge and are therefore often used in pressure control loops. The available full scale options from 1000 to 0.1 torr and measurement capability from 1000 torr to 1e-5 torr enable pressure control over multiple decades. The Inconel diaphragm and stainless-steel construction make the CERAVAC CTR suited in very aggressive and corrosive applications, and the RS 232 and analogue 0-10v outputs facilitate integration into vacuum control systems.
