Kinematica Polytron PT 7100

Overview

Kinematica Polytron PT 7100 is a stand dispersion unit for pilot plant use. It supports application volumes up to 40 liters (Min. Volume 200 ml; Max. Volume 40000 ml) and is driven by a 2000 Watt motor. The unit features digital motor speed control with closed loop control from 500 to 12 000 rpm and aggregate tip speeds up to 34 m/s, and uses aggregates with F coupling. Aggregate replacement is performed via a one-handed quick-release coupling, and various Easy-to-Clean dispersing aggregates are available for different applications. Additional features include an available electrical stand for raising and lowering the motor, soft start to prevent splashing, integrated overheating/overload/generator blocking protection, constant rotational speed regardless of load changes, an insulated motor housing to keep motor noise to a safe, approved level, a noise level (drive without aggregate) of 70 (12 000) dBA, PC interfaces described as Digital / stepless, protection class IP 20, weight 44 kg, EMC standards IEC / EN 61000-6-2 / EN 61000-6-3 / 61326-1, safety standard IEC / EN 61010-2-51, connection voltage 230 V and 50 Hz, and relative humidity (max.) 80% during storage / 80% during operation.
