Overview

Powered TrailerCaddy dolly with a 36 volt 3 Battery System (36v(3) 105 Amp Batteries) and onboard charger that works with 120/220 AC Outlets. Battery system is specified to provide up to 16-hours of continuous use, without moving a cart, before recharging. Variable speed drive with a twist-grip control provides 0-3 MPH forward/reverse range while allowing fine low-speed control around 0 to 2 mph for intricate maneuvering. Heavy duty steel frame with a 2000 lb. Differential / Transaxle and a chain-drive powertrain. Rolling contact uses Non-Marking Foam Filled Tires. Rated pull capacity for ball coupler/king pin trailers is up to 20,000 lbs; an optional or integrated hydraulic lift kit provides a 3000 lbs hydraulic actuator to lift tongues up to 3000 lbs. Operator controls and safety features include a high-tech speed controller, neutral throttle braking, adjustable acceleration/braking, a battery discharge indicator, an onboard safety stop switch positioned at the back of the handlebar box, and a variable speed twist grip designed for ergonomic operation. Optional items and attachments include Ball Hitch and Steel Mounting Bracket, Pintle Hitch, Safety Horn, Maintenance-free batteries (set of 3), Flashing Light and Pole, and an electric hydraulic lift/attachment that transfers weight to the mover’s front drive wheels for improved traction and a full 180-degree pivot under the arm. Designed to move trailers, carts and equipment across industrial facilities where tight maneuvering and controlled low-speed movement are required—manufacturing plants, warehouses, shipping/receiving areas, maintenance shops, and trailer service yards. The unit’s variable-speed control and ergonomic twist grip support precise positioning and repeated push/pull cycles during loading/unloading operations. Configuration-dependent features allow use as a lightweight tow and positioning dolly or as a powered tongue-lift mover: with the hydraulic lift kit the unit lifts tongues up to 3000 lbs and transfers load to the drive wheels for traction, and with appropriate hitch attachments it can pull ball-coupler or king-pin trailers up to 20,000 lbs. Onboard charging compatible with 120/220 AC outlets and battery-discharge indication support multi-shift operation; optional safety horn and flashing light enhance visibility and operator safety in busy production environments.
