GF-120HT Reflow Oven

Overview

The GF-120HT Reflow Oven is a compact, production-ready reflow oven that uses DDM Novastar’s horizontal convection heating technology. It has a 41" (1042mm) heat tunnel with three top and three bottom heating zones and six CyclonicsTM (forced air) units. Maximum operating temperature is 400°C (752°F); maximum board width is 12" (305mm) and maximum board height is 1.375" (35mm). Venting is provided by two 4" (102mm) flanges on the hood, each rated to 100 CFM, and the system includes one cooling station with cooling zone venting listed as N/A. Electrical requirements are 220 VAC single- or three-phase, 50 amp, 8.7 kW, and overall dimensions (L x W x H) are 73" x 34" x 19" (1854mm x 864mm x 483mm). The GF-120HT is presented for manufacturers and educators who require full-scale reflow performance in a benchtop footprint. Its 41" tunnel and 400°C maximum temperature support longer dwell times and demanding lead-free soldering profiles and high-temperature applications. Optional nitrogen inerting and on-board real-time graphic temperature profiling support inert-reflow environments and direct board profiling for sensitive or high-precision assemblies, and the oven is described as suitable for labs, prototyping environments, and small- to medium-volume production lines.
