IGH-10NT

Overview

The IGH-10NT is a CNC Internal Grinding Machine. NC swivel table function is equipped as standard on the headstock with a setting unit of 0.0001° by NC command, which achieves taper grinding with high accuracy. A turret-type wheelhead carries 1 each of internal and external grinding spindle, enabling internal (ID), external (OD), face and taper grinding in a single clamping. Options include an automatic measurement device, a 4-spindle specification, a single-spindle fixed wheelhead (NE type), automation such as an NC 3-axis loader, and control & software alternatives: FANUC. Sample applications listed include spindle shaft. The machine supports continuous automatic grinding in one clamping for ID, OD, face and taper operations and offers optional automatic measurement, 4-spindle or single-spindle (NE type) wheelhead configurations and NC 3-axis loader automation for optimal grinding of high-precision spindles for machine tools.
