DNX 2100S

Overview

DNX 2100S is a compact multitasking machine capable of machining complex workpieces to perfection. Chuck size 210 mm / 8 inch, Max. Turning Diameter 520 mm / 21 inch, and Max. Turning Length 1100 mm / 43 inch. The machine includes dual spindles (1st and 2nd), a 0.0001° B-axis, a milling spindle, and a servo tailstock, and employs an orthogonal structure that offers the largest machining area in its class. It is equipped with a high-power built-in spindle as standard and provides increased precision with the highest clamping force in its category. Options and convenience features include a tool breakage detection device integrated within the magazine, an arm-type tool setter, a parts catcher (servo) with an unloading position setting feature, a 7 inch ATC Magazine Screen as a standard feature, an alarm recovery function, and a chuck position sensor. Software features include DSSV (DN Solutions Spindle Speed Variation) as a standard feature and easy-to-use machining cycles such as Eccentric Turning. The DNX 2100S is intended for powerful multitasking machining and higher productivity in the machining of intricate and complex parts.
