Overview

YBM 10T-100TT is a horizontal 5-axis precision machining center with a symmetric trunnion table and a highly rigid 630x630mm table and a 1,000x1,000mm pallet working size. Accuracy (X,Y,Z) is 3.0, 2.7, 2.6µm and travel (X,Y,Z) is 1,500 x 1,200 x 1,100mm / 59.05 x 47.24 x 43.30inch. Maximum loading capacity is 2,000kg / 4,409.24lbs and maximum workpiece is Dia. 1,350 x 595mm, with rapid traverse Max. 16,000mm/min (X,Y,Z). Travel (A) is +5deg～-95deg and Travel (B) is 360deg (Continuous); table tilting speed is Max. 2min⁻¹ and table rotation speed is Max. 6min⁻¹. The machine uses YASDA hybrid box guide ways driven by Twin Ball screws fastened to a hand scraped mounting surface to minimize Roll, Pitch and Yaw error and achieve high straightness and geometric accuracy. Spindle is two motor driven torque tandem control with one motor for high speed and another for low speed, spindle RPM 10,000min⁻¹ [15,000min⁻¹ / 8,000min⁻¹ (Torqu tandem) (op)], and spindle taper BBT50 [HSK-A100 (op)]. NC is a 15" touch panel display mounted with FANUC iHMI interface and YASDA OpeNe Version 2.0, and the machine includes an automatic tool changer (60 tools standard, expandable to 450) and an automatic pallet changer standard; Pre Load Stand (PLS) is available as an option. YASDA's Thermal Distortion Stabilizing System blocks rapid thermal distortion and maintains stable high precision machining. APPLICATIONS lists Aerospace.
