TMA8311/HUM

Overview

TMA8311/HUM (Thermo plus EVO2 TMA8311/HUM-1) is a combined thermal mechanical analyzer and water vapor generator that enables TMA measurements in a water vapor atmosphere. The HUM-1 uses a polymer-type relative humidity sensor and a high-precision temperature sensor to provide good humidity concentration variability and long-term stability. Measurement specifications include a temperature range of room temperature～1500℃, heating rate 20℃/min, specimen size outer diameter ≤9mm and length 10～20mm, TMA scale ±2,500µm, and DTA range 2000µV. Humidity and gas handling specifications include a relative humidity range of 5～90%RH, wet gas flow 200～500mL/min, dry gas flow 0～500mL/min, bubbler capacity 300mL, humidity stability ±2%RH, feedback-type humidity adjustment with PID control, stabilization time adjustable within 10 minutes (changeable at 10%RH), and continuous use >40 hours at 60～90%RH.
