DiTAS

Overview

DiTAS is a test system for distribution transformers used for type, routine and special tests in the factory. It meets the requirements of IEC 60076 and other international standards. A static frequency converter is the central voltage source for the test system, and the integrated measurement system provides high-precision measuring of both test voltages and power losses. Key product characteristics: - THD < 5% - PD level < 5 pC - frequency converter 16 ⅔ … 200 Hz for supply of an entire test run by one power source - Intuitive and ergonomic control system - Modular test system, can be customized to fit special requirements - Highly accurate and calibrated power loss measurement - no determination of final measurement uncertainty necessary The modular and extendable design allows adaptations of the test system to meet specific customer requirements in test setup, test sequence and production environment. Basic supported tests include induced voltage tests, no-load losses tests and load losses tests (basic version). Applied voltage tests are supported as an extension (extension to applied voltage test required). The system can be extended to perform complete routine tests on distribution transformers; with a motorized switching system it is possible to execute the complete routine test sequence fully automatically with significantly reduced test time, and the expanded inspection system can be fully integrated into the manufacturing process. Fully automated test sequences and procedures require an extension to the automated test field.
