Measurement and blending: Gravimetric measurement by precision balance with a reported precision of 0.01 g and an accuracy of B10.01 ON/CN, performing automatic fuel blending under software control through a built-in touch screen control panel; a free blending function is also available. Capacity and performance: 6 tanks; blending speed 2 min / 500 mL; real-time monitoring for fuel temperature and liquid level in tank; calibration function provided by precision balance and pumps; blend data is auto-saved including date & time, serial number, test method, blending components, and blend parameters. The unit is intended for cetane and octane measurement preparation workflows. Operational workflow: the operator selects the standard method, inputs the target octane/cetane number and sample volume, and starts blending; the professional software performs automatic calculation and controls the blending process, delivers the fuel blend automatically, and auto-saves blend data for recordkeeping. Free blending mode supports special fuel blending requirements.
