High pressure intensifier introduced by CMS, described as a new concept in ultrahigh pressure intensifiers enhanced by technological solutions designed to satisfy the needs of most demanding users. The technology is based on an intensifier equipped with several pressure multipliers independent, parallel and electronically synchronized. Provides a constant output pressure for better cutting quality by maintaining a highly stable dynamic pressure signal to achieve a superior quality cut. The system supports software-based electronic control of cutting pressure and electronic monitoring of temperature, pressure and filter clogging. The redundant architecture with independent parallel cylinders allows bypass or shutdown of a single cylinder that needs maintenance while the machine is working, avoiding unnecessary downtime and reducing maintenance costs. Water flow rate up to 5 l/min is provided to satisfy a wide range of cutting applications, and the unit can be connected to any Stand Alone cutting system.
