The machine performs the electrolyte injection process for sodium ion batteries by adopting vacuum first, electrolyte injection later and then adding pressure; after a capacitor is loaded into the bracket and positioned it automatically rises and aligns with the injector nozzle to inject liquid after pumping high vacuum, and the number of pumping low vacuum and pressurizing cycles can be set freely until injection is completed. Suitable for 35-80mm diameter cells with height 50-204mm (height can be custom), noting one filling die is only suitable for one size and different models need different dies. Injection accuracy is ± 1%. Injection volume is 0 - 250ml adjustable (one time filling volume suggest not over 200ml; if over 200ml suggest to do filling two times, can set the step program). The vacuum pressure should be kept above -98kPa during filling (vacuum provided by buyer); vacuum time, low vacuum degree, filling and standing time, pressure and time can be set and adjusted. Construction details: filling tank joint is stainless steel, hose is corrosion-resistant PE hose, body is 6 series aluminum alloy and the whole machine is corrosion-resistant.
