TLV series is offered in TLV-500 and TLV-700 configurations; X-axis travel is 500 mm ( 19.68" ) for TLV-500 and 700 mm ( 27.55" ) for TLV-700, Y-axis travel is 400 mm ( 15.74" ) and Z-axis travel is 300 mm ( 11.81" ). Dist. from spindle nose to table top is 180 ~ 480 mm ( 7.08" ~ 18.89" ) and dist. from spindle nose to column is 453 mm ( 17.83" ). Table size ( X x Y ) is 600 x 400 mm ( 23.62" x 15.74" ) and table load capacity is 250 kg ( 550 lb ). Spindle taper is CAT30 with a spindle motor ( cont. / peak ) of 4 / 14 kW ( 5.5 / 18.5 HP ) ( SIEMENS ), and spindle speed is 10,000 / 12,000 rpm using a direct-drive spindle drive system.
