Overview
Model V2012H is a Clausing Kalamazoo vertical band saw with a 20 inch maximum throat width and maximum capacity height 12.75". Blade speeds range 50-5200 SFPM, blade length is 161.4 inch, and blade widths accommodate 1/8" – 1" with Chevron-type blade guides. The machine is driven by a 3 Hp motor through a dual range motor-to-gearbox transmission and is CE approved. The 26-3/4 x 29 inch hydraulic moving cast iron work table tilts 15 degrees left and 15 degrees right, has 4 T-slots on the top surface and 13" feeding travel. Electrical is three phase at 230 or 460 voltage with a magnetic starter providing a 110V control circuit and overload protection. The V2012H is described as designed for volume production. The 13" hydraulic feeding work table is provided for easy cutting operations, and the table offers two-way tilt of 15 degrees left and 15 degrees right. Optional welder and grinder accessories are available to increase production time.
