MINI series high-end hot air reflow oven parameters (Model:MINI-10N｜MINI-12N)

Overview

Models MINI-10N and MINI-12N are high-end hot air reflow ovens with 10 heating zones/20 heating modules and 12 heating zones/24 heating modules respectively, and heating zone lengths of 3670mm (MINI-10N) and 4390mm (MINI-12N). Heating up time is 25min. Outlet exhaust is 2-Φ145 with exhaust demand 10m³/min x2. Cooling is implemented as three cooling zones with forced water cooling, cooling zone length 1250mm, and a 5P Water chiller. Conveyor system is Chain+ mesh belt synchronous transmission with directions L→R and R→L, conveyor height 900±120mm, component clearance above 30mm and below 20mm, conveyor speed 300mm-2000mm/min, and a dust free special hardened guide rail. PCB width ranges: MINI-10N min50mm-max400mm (Option: max510mm); MINI-12N min50mm-max250mm (Dual tracks) and min50mm-max450mm (Single track). Fixed rail mode for MINI-10N is front rail fixed (Option: rear rail fixed); for MINI-12N the front and rear guide rails are fixed and the middle two guide rails can be movable.
