Densifier

Overview

Densifier is a densification device developed by ALPA with intellectual property rights to address packaging and transportation problems for materials with high gas content and low bulk density. It uses the screw extrusion principle and is composed of a densification screw, exhaust device, and dust collection device. The screw continuously changes distance and applies extrusion to discharge gas from bulk material to achieve densification. Additional features include an external dust collection device that prevents dust spills, an automatic injected cleaning device for continuous stable running, and a compact structure that occupies small space and can dock with packaging machines and silos. The unit provides a good densifying effect, increasing 15% -20% of the bulk-density without destroying the appearance or nature of the original material. Used for pre-densification before calcination and drying to improve efficiency. Used for pre-compression before packing machines to improve packing efficiency. It also improves powder flowing status, reduces the amount of powder leakage, saves the cost of storage, packing and transport, and protects the environment.
