Overview

Multi-Purpose U shape Vibratory - VBU-C-L Series features a U shaped working bowl with a high efficiency motor and high class springs that enhance processing efficiency 30% higher than traditional machine. The inner barrel is coated with PU lining to resist acid, alkaline, abrasion and to eliminate the impingement of collision. The machine is equipped with an Automatic Lift System for quick and easy removal or installation of polish parts, and the robust structured barrel with independent Automatic Lift System design provides higher processing efficiency and operational stability. Additional systems include an Automatic Compound Supply System for precise control of polish liquid usage, a variable shift and speed control system, an Automatic Lubricant Supply System to control lubricant input flow and protect the motor, a special fixture design to eliminate impingement of collision during operation, and a base with a shockproof stand to enhance operational stability.
