Overview

SMART Ua STEEL is an Artificial Intelligence Smart Machine optimized for machining small steel mold and is described as the world’s first AI Smart Machine integrated with Hwacheon’s future convergence software, machining know-how and automation technology. Inputting CAD data allows the machine to automatically perform CAM calculation and machining. Cooling of the spindle and frames minimizes thermal deformation to ensure high precision during long-time machining, and Hwacheon software installed on the machine is stated to improve productivity and precision while providing consistent machining quality. Available variants are 12K, 14K, 20K, and 24K. Common axis strokes are X-axis: 1,050 mm, Y-axis: 600 mm, and Z-axis: 550 mm; distance from table surface to spindle gauge plane is 150 ~ 700 mm; distance between columns is 1,076 mm; working surface is 1,200 x 600 mm; table loading capacity is 800 kgf (Magnetic Table : 700); table surface configuration (T slots W x P) is 18 x 100 / 5ea.
