Belt and bucket elevator LBEB

Overview

The belt and bucket elevator LBEB has a modular design with standard shipping size and compact housing to facilitate shipment and delivery. Wear plates are lined with polyurethane to provide high wear protection and prolong machine life. The LBEB has a round intake boot and round shafts designed to stop residue from sticking to the elevator. Optional pre-stressed belts can be installed in one step, which can save up to 80% of the belt installation time. Protective devices include a check for overheating of the bearings, a speed monitor that checks for belt rupture and monitors belt tension, and a belt skew monitor that stops the elevator if the belt runs off track. The LBEB conveys grain, animal feed, and bulk materials. It offers a high level of sanitation and a reliable, long lifecycle, and comes in modules so it can be configured according to requirements and expanded with additional modules in the plant.
