Overview

OnGuard command console offers optimal flexibility and state-of-the-art technology integration for applications requiring 24/7/365 monitoring and integrates people and technology with advanced solutions for equipment storage and cable management while maintaining ergonomic standards to ensure a comfortable operating experience. The design includes all steel construction, heavy-duty lifts, durable finishes and electronic height-adjustable worksurfaces for sit-to-stand applications. Flat panel display mounting solutions lift monitors off the worksurface and provide smooth, fingertip tilt with +/- 15-degrees of movement. Cable management features include an innovative, patented cable lay-in feature, a cable chain design to manage cables during height adjustment, and continuous lay-in access to cabling above and below the worksurface for service. OnGuard provides a variety of under-worksurface and integrated storage options for CPUs, rackmount gear, monitor arrays, closed-circuit television, video recorders, switches, UPS and other security equipment, and is offered alongside Eaton ePDUs, UPSs and surge protectors. The product is available as a stand-alone unit or as an integrated multi-console configuration and can be customized with color, finishes, accessories and components. OnGuard is described as ideal for technology-intensive, around-the-clock monitoring environments such as public safety answering points (PSAPs), emergency operation centers (EOCs), network operation centers (NOCs), transportation management centers, process control, security and other monitoring and surveillance environments. It is intended for applications requiring 24/7/365 monitoring. The console can be configured to incorporate multiple workstations and accommodate additional meeting spaces and offers multiple solutions for conference areas, shared spaces and training stations to support collaborative and multi-console installations.
