SIA30D

Overview

SIA30D is a slim and compact robotic arm with a 7-axis design that optimizes space and provides "human-like" flexibility and range of motion, even in tight spaces. The robot has a payload of 30.0 kg, uses the DX100 controller, has a horizontal reach of 1485 mm and a vertical reach of 2597 mm. It mounts virtually anywhere in any orientation; short axis lengths and extreme motion flexibility allow the slim manipulator to be positioned out of the normal working area (floor-, ceiling-, wall-, incline- or machine-mounted). The robot can straighten vertically to take up a very small footprint and is only 365.5 mm wide at the widest point. Documented applications for the SIA30D include Machine Tending, Material Handling, Part Transfer, and Pick and Pack. The slim, 7-axis design and ability to mount in any orientation enable those applications to be performed in tight spaces or when the manipulator must be positioned out of the normal working area.
