Overview

Multi-Face Type Double-Column Machining Center KMC-G employs a gantry type construction with a fixed table and a traveling crossbeam. The rigid structure is especially ideal for extra long and large workpiece machining, and the fixed table provides a maximum loading capacity of 10,000 kgf/m². A powerful 26 KW(35HP) spindle motor drives the spindle through a reducer; maximum spindle speed is 6,000 rpm and maximum output torque is 670Nm(68 kg-m). Heavy cutting is also possible at a low speed of 375 rpm. Supports machining of extra long and large workpieces due to its rigid gantry construction and fixed-table design. Enables heavy cutting operations, including heavy cutting at low spindle speeds such as 375 rpm, driven by a 26 KW(35HP) spindle motor with up to 670Nm(68 kg-m) torque.
