Overview

LR Mate 200 _i_ D/7WE Washproof Robot is a compact 6 axis model built to get wet. It has a Max Payload of 7 kg, Reach of 717 mm and Repeatability of 0.01 mm. The robot includes a waterproof wrist and IP67 protection on the J4 arm, with optional IP69K available. Sealed mechanical units allow integration directly into machines and provide mounting flexibility: floor, ceiling, wall and angle mounting are supported. Like other LR Mate robots, it is available with options including integrated intelligent (vision & force) functionality. Listed applications include Assembly, Dispensing, Machine Tending, Material Removal, Picking/Packaging and Material Handling. The washproof LR Mate version is described as ideal for wet environments and for high pressure washing applications, and it can be integrated into confined spaces and machines for robotic machine tending.
