Overview

The Pan Blaster Machine is designed for internal and external surface preparation of non-stick pans and other cookware. Surface preparation prior to coating produces a precise coarseness on substrates such as aluminum, steel, cast iron, and cast aluminum for subsequent non-stick or ceramic coating. Work pieces up to 17.75″ (400 mm) diameter and 9.84″ (250 mm) height can be processed; the number of indexed spindles and nozzles is determined according to the required production rate, which ranges from 300 to 2000 pcs/h. The machine is available as a table housing the spindles or with a chain conveyor carrying the spindles, accepts Aluminum oxide, metallic shots, or glass beads as blasting media, and includes features and options such as standard or extended spindle pitch, Roto-block indexing, automatic loading and unloading by robot, adjustable piece holders, pressure tank system for higher outputs, residual abrasive blow-off, and blasting through suction air nozzles.
