MYPro A41SX pick-and-place

Overview

The MYPro A41SX pick-and-place uses a T1000 Conveyor to produce boards up to 1000mm x 609mm with board thickness up to 12.5mm and supports boards weighing up to 10kg. It is equipped with one MX7 high-speed mounthead and one MIDAS high-precision mount head, achieves an SX top speed of 24,000 CPH, and accommodates up to 176 x 8 mm reels. The MX7 mounthead can mount components up to 45x45x15 mm and long components up to 150x40x15 mm, delivers 48% faster top placement speeds, uses 14 independent Z and Theta motors, includes 7 high-precision vacuum sensors for component drop detection, and features a low-maintenance modular design. The system provides full traceability, on-the-fly changeovers, electrical verification of resistors, capacitors, diodes and transistors, and employs the Agilis modular feeding system with feeders that have no moving parts and magazines that can be replenished while the machine is running. The MYPro A41SX pick-and-place is presented for expanding a product mix to larger printed circuit boards, explicitly supporting boards up to 1000mm x 609mm, up to 12.5mm thickness and up to 10kg. It supports high-throughput production with an SX top speed of 24,000 CPH and features designed to minimize downtime such as on-the-fly changeovers and Agilis magazines that can be replenished while the machine is running. The machine also supports production traceability and in-process electrical verification of resistors, capacitors, diodes and transistors.
