S:PAL is an Off-The-Shelf Solution currently available only in France. The solution is powered by the OnRobot D:PLOY Platform and is designed for same-day installation. Technical specifications list Max box payload: Up to 27 kg, Max cycle time: Up to 10 box/min, and Max pallet height: Up to 2 m. Included hardware comprises OnRobot VGP30 Gripper, Cerimatec compact palletizing base, and a robot arm, and the product is CE included and CE certified by PST. Configurations are available from 75,000 €; price note: VAT excluded, Shipping costs in France are included, Installation costs might differ depending on the region. S:PAL supports quick changeovers for new box sizes and high-mix volumes, with the ability to switch between different box sizes on the same line within minutes. It offers same-day installation and an intuitive, no-programming environment intended to provide minimal downtime and enable users to make their own modifications to the application. The provider states a typical payback less than a year. Trials and demos are available: users can schedule a demo with the partner and trial terms and conditions apply. The solution's slim design allows use in tight spaces.
