TOB-ASMC-650S by TOB NEW ENERGY is an automatic sealing machine designed for cylindrical cell cans automatic sealing in glove box environments. The machine uses a split design to enable operation inside a glove box and features PLC touch screen operation for parameter setting and a high degree of automation. The machine provides automatic feeding and unloading and performs three times sealing to produce a flat sealing edge with good airtightness, high dimensional accuracy, high efficiency, and good consistency. It uses precise mold design and a solid steel structure for reliable sealing molding and stable operation; molds can be changed for other cylindrical cell types such as 18650 and 21700.
