CC510 Series

Overview

The CC510 Series MetlSaw Circle Cutter cuts circles and rings from non-ferrous plate materials and saws aluminum, copper, and brass. Size of circle: 10" to 60" | 254mm to 1524mm. Thickness capacities by model are CC510-T8: 8" | 200mm, CC510-T10: 10" | 250mm, and CC510-T12: 12" | 300mm. Position tolerance is ±.007" | .17mm, minimum outside diameter 10" | 254mm, maximum outside diameter 60" | 1524mm, minimum wall thickness for rings 1" | 25mm and maximum wall thickness for rings 15" | 381mm. The machine uses a drop-down turntable and has adjustable cutting speed; cutting speed ranges provided are 5HP Single: 550 to 5500 FPM | 13970mm to 139700mm, 3HP Single low range: 30 to 320 FPM | 762mm to 8128mm and high range: 550 to 5500 FPM | 13970mm to 139700mm. Power requirements are 460/480 @ 80 amp and air requirement is 30 CFM @ 80 psi. The product is described as the safest and most productive equipment available for cutting circles and rings from non-ferrous plate materials. It cuts circles from 10" to 5' in outside diameter and handles materials up to 12" thick. The CC510 Series provides a drop-down hydraulic turntable, material handling options for loading and unloading, allows an operator to handle multiple saws concurrently, and eliminates the need for scribing.
