SAMA Series

Overview

The SAMA Series consists of fully automatic, electronically controlled sandwiching machines for high-precision production of cream-filled biscuits or crackers, using servo-driven wire-cut dosing technology for accurate and consistent cream deposition. Available models are SAMA 2 and SAMA 4; SAMA 2 features two production lanes and achieves an actual output of 1.400-1.500 sandwich biscuits per minute, while SAMA 4 has four production lanes and reaches up to 2.800-3.000 sandwich biscuits per minute. The machines are compatible with collection and handling systems including rows multipliers, rotary and penny stackers, exit conveyors and portion feeders, and can synchronize in real time with the EURO 88 flow wrapping machine for compact layouts and direct product transfer for pile pack applications.
