DOLPHIN VL 0100–0270 A Total Recirculation

Overview

The DOLPHIN VL 0100–0270 A Total Recirculation is a family of liquid ring vacuum pump units. Proven technology with a corrosion-free stainless steel impeller provides extremely high vapor and particle tolerance, and housings are available in cast iron (EN-GJL-200) or 316 grade stainless steel; an ATEX-certified version is available (Cat. 1(i) / cat 2(o) IIB T4). The unit is supplied as an all-in-one assembly with base frame, operating fluid separator, heat exchanger and control system, and it includes an inlet check valve, fresh liquid supply kit, level indicator with switches, temperature and pressure indicators, and cavitation protection. Operating characteristics include full recirculation of operating fluid, low operating fluid consumption, recovery of condensed vapors and process gases, isolation of cooling liquid from operating fluid, and the possibility to use operating fluids other than water.
