AMS-1200 is a Binder Jetting system with a high build up rate of 100 L/hr and a high printing resolution of 400 dpi. Maximum working size: 1,200x540x800 mm3; Machine Size (WxDxH): 3200x2000x3500 mm. Layer Thickness: 0.2~0.5 mm; Molding Material: sand (recyclable); Available resin binder type: furan or phenolic. Described as an ultimate solution for small-volume/various-types and customized products production. Saves time by reducing wooden mold design and machining processes and makes it easy to complete a complicated sand core. Used sand is recyclable and reusable, and sand mold permeability can be varied to reduce porosity on the melt surface.
