Overview

The ViscoTec Hygienic Dispenser VHD is designed for optimised delivery processes on semi-automatic and fully automatic production lines and targets precision dosing in the food and cosmetics sectors. It is based on ViscoTec’s proven endless piston principle and provides accuracy and precision while meeting stringent hygiene requirements. The endless piston principle includes adjustable suckback, which guarantees clean dosing and maximum precision and enables use in hygiene and aseptics. The dispenser is capable of delivering or applying difficult high-viscosity liquids and supports decorative finishes such as icing or chocolate as well as the delivery of complex cosmetic products; it is described as being equipped for Industry 4.0 and individualisation concepts such as customised food.
