Overview

Next Generation RS 90-160 kW oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors are offered by Ingersoll Rand as a series designed for efficiency and longevity, with fixed and variable speed options. The series features a best-in-class airend with an optimized rotor profile that delivers up to 18% improved efficiency and enhanced airflow capacity. The leak-free V-Shield Technology includes PTFE stainless steel braided oil hoses and O-ring face seals. Control and monitoring are provided by the XS-Series controller and an Integrated IoT Connected Platform, and the machines include a NEMA Premium® efficiency motor that meets DOE TSL2 efficiency requirements. Progressive Adaptive Control (PAC™) continuously monitors key operating parameters and adapts to help prevent unexpected downtime. These units serve as industrial air compressors supplying compressed air, available in both fixed-speed and variable-speed configurations for adaptable, energy-efficient performance. Remote intelligent control via the XS-Series controller and the Integrated IoT Connected Platform provide continuous status monitoring and real-time insights to keep the compressor operating at peak performance.
