Overview

TUMBLE BELT SHOT BLASTING MACHINE features Daseon high-performance blast wheels that guarantee homogeneous blasting results in extremely short cycle times. The machine uses an endless belt available as top-quality perforated rubber or hardened steel slats and can be configured as a roller-style design with rubber belt or steel belt. The shot blasting chamber is made of 4mm Q235 steel bending and welded structure and includes a wear plate chamber wall with 10mm Mn13 to prevent wear. The system includes an air separator conveyor to separate steel shot, crushed steel shot, and dust; a mesh screen separator connected to a hoist filters fine materials while coarse materials and impurities are transported to a waste tank via a screw conveyor; the front has an open-access door for daily observation and maintenance and a multipole adjustable plate structure adjusts the smoothness of the sand curtain. The machine uses a high-resistance rubber track with uniform drive forward rotating parts to achieve a uniform cleaning effect and the main door is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder that can automatically open and close.
