DWA1100Trolley

Overview

The DWA1100Trolley is an 8-SENSOR CCD WHEEL ALIGNMENT SYSTEM. It has a mobile structure with pivoting and rubber wheels of 100 mm (4 inch) diameter and an extremely compact cabinet that holds targets and clamps and acts as a recharge point for the CCDs and the toughpad. The software is managed by a toughpad with a 10” touch screen and a robust waterproof and dust-proof rubberized cover, and it supports the Windows 10 operating system and Wi-Fi connection. CCD sensors weigh only 5.7 lbs and use lithium batteries that feature long durability, are immune to the “memory effect” and can be recharged at any time. A MEMS accelerometer acquires alignment parameters by measuring sensor inclinations according to the two main axles (caster and camber), the system includes a vehicle database of Over 40,000 Vehicle Database, and the product specifies Power Supply: 110V, 1ph and Wheel Clamps: 12" - 24.5". The trolley is described for use in a workshop setting where its mobile structure and pivoting wheels allow it to be positioned near the vehicle to optimize workshop space and enable an operator to work comfortably even under the car while eliminating the encumbrance of a PC. Most DWA1100TROLLEY alignment machines can be equipped with an optional VIN scanner.
