HT65-TRIPLETURN: provides the largest work envelope in its class with a 1300 mm spindle distance and large X-axis strokes, enabling both bar processing and machining of larger chucking components (chucks up to 250 mm usable at main and counter spindle as stated). Shaft machining support: live center and turret steady rest options enable complete machining of long, slim shafts; NC steady rest with a centring range from 25 to 280 mm is available for large shaft parts; two tailstock versions are offered for shaft-type applications (universal hydraulic movable tailstock for manual loading and an NC-tailstock for fully automatic loading). Automation and handling: Gantry Loader provides universal loading and unloading for preformed blanks and parts; EMCO SL 1200 short-bar loader enables automatic reloading of pre-cut bars up to 1200 mm; Turn / Mill Assist is described as a compact standard automation for small and medium-sized batches; the electro-pneumatic parts catcher removes finished parts and deposits them onto a conveyor belt under M-function control.
