Overview

The MWS-610SN uses a rocking motion-slicing mechanism that allows easier abrasive outlet and produces a smooth cutting surface that simplifies following processes. It provides effective lapping with slurry supply from the nearest nozzle to the works and is compatible with diamond slurry. Wire control is handled through a direct drive system that saves space and allows speedy cutting, while wire tension is maintained by electric control. Cutting conditions for various work pieces are managed by a microcomputer, and 60 cutting recipe are settable; the machine also includes a function of automatic wire winding. The MWS-610SN is used for cutting tasks that require uniform and precise cutting with smooth finished surfaces to simplify subsequent processes.
