Overview

The Airlock module for mill pneumatics MPPA is a modular airlock table that is pre-assembled and tested and can be placed directly on top of sifters or on the cyclone floor. The module consolidates airlocks, cyclones and air collecting ducts into one complete pre-assembled module, enabling up to six times faster on-site installation compared with conventional systems delivered as separate components. Positioning the air collecting manifold laterally saves 700 mm of height, allowing installation of a sifter with airlock table on the same standard 5-m floor; the suspended MPPA design includes a module walkway for access to components. The unit features an optimized airflow and new duct design, is made of stainless steel with a seamless connecting pipe, and has quality-class-2 weld seams that are food-use approved, with fewer weld seams contributing to its hygienic design.
