Overview

LBTS-MZTC is a turn-key high-precision cell testing solution integrated with Arbin’s patented Cell-Isolating Thermal Chamber and arrives with all cables fully integrated from channel to chamber. The system provides 32 channels and 16 isolated small chambers with 32 cell fixtures, and includes built-in thermistor PT100 input per channel (32CH, PT100). Voltage ranges provided are: (-5V) - 5V; 0-5V; 0-5V. Current ranges provided are: 5A; 1A; 100mA; 1mA; 10A; 1A; 100mA; 1mA; 20A; 1A; 100mA; 1mA. Measurement resolution is 24bit, Measurement & Control Precision is +/-0.01% FSR, and Measurement & Control Accuracy is +/-0.02% FSR, with Input Impedance of 100G Ohm and Current Rise Time (10%-90%) ≤200us*. Built-in measurement and test features include DCIM measurement, Self Discharge Current Measurement, and EIS measurement up to 100kHz. Thermal control capabilities include a chamber temperature range of [Ambient - 10°C] to 60°C and Dynamic Temperature Setpoints managed independently per isolated chamber. Data acquisition rates are Regular mode: up to 1kHz and Burst Mode: up to 16kHz. Chassis Size (W x D x H) is 25"x45"x71", Recommended Ambient Temperature is 0~30C, and Input Voltage is 208V3P/380V3P.
