MYPro A40DX pick-and-place

Overview

The MYPro A40DX pick-and-place delivers a top speed of 59,000 CPH and supports reel capacity up to 224 x 8 mm. All MYPro A40DX models include two MX7™ high-speed mountheads and one MIDAS high-precision mounthead. The MX7™ mounthead can place components up to 45x45x15 mm, mount long components up to 150x40x15 mm and provides 48% faster top placement speeds. MX7™ incorporates 14 independent Z and Theta motors, multiple independent motors, sensors and servo control technologies in a compact footprint, and uses 7 high-precision vacuum sensors for component drop detection. The machine features a low-maintenance modular design, an all-new intuitive touchscreen GUI that raises visibility of process data, the Agilis™ modular feeding system with feeders that have no moving parts, and magazines that can be replenished while the machine is running. Optional electrical verification is available for resistors, capacitors, diodes and transistors, and the system provides full traceability. The MYPro A40DX is used for high-throughput component placement to expand product mix and production volumes while handling a wide range of component sizes and batch sizes. It supports placement of larger and long components up to 45x45x15 mm and 150x40x15 mm respectively, and operates with up to 224 x 8 mm reels at a top speed of 59,000 CPH. The platform supports on-the-fly changeovers, continuous operation through replenishable magazines, optional electrical verification of resistors, capacitors, diodes and transistors, and full traceability for production tracking.
