Overview

The Rotating table height adjustable features an infinitely variable work top height that can be fixed in position by a side locking lever. Height adjustment is achieved through a threaded rod and the working height range is between 780 mm and 1100 mm. Maximum load capacity for the basic frame "static" or "portable" (without plate) is 1000 kg. Two basic frame versions are offered: Basic frame static is steel construction with a powder coated finish, delivered pre-assembled, fitted with 4 castors with locking brake, dimensions (L x W): approx. 795x795 mm, and weight (without plate): approx. 70 kg. Basic frame portable is steel construction with a powder coated finish, delivered pre-assembled, fitted with 4 base plates Ø 90 mm, dimensions (L x W): approx. 785x785 mm, and weight (without plate): approx. 70 kg. Fine adjustment for perfect levelness is provided by screws and the table supports mounting in system boreholes. A magnetic ground connection with a rotary joint offers a high holding force on clean and smooth surfaces, can be clamped or hard-wired, and is available as a retrofit set in combination with an adapter plate and countersunk-head screw. Siegmund offers plasma nitrided perforated plates with system boreholes of 16 mm, 22 mm and 28 mm diameter in diverse materials; the surface boreholes enable easy fastening of components with the Siegmund tooling.
