Overview

GM-BLOK Bottle and Jar Filling and Closing is a series designed specifically for the filling and capping of challenging make-up products such as mascara and lipgloss. Production plant: IMA Omas. Rotary and inline configurations are available, offered in single and double pitch versions, and a fully automatic version is offered. Two machine versions are specified: GM-R100 (rotary) and GM-L100 (linear). The GM-R100 combines top-ranking quality with unmatched compactness. The GM-L100 allows combining the GM-BLOK dosing system with optional features such as weight checking and double pitch to reach higher speeds. The GM-BLOK dosing system was designed with the peculiarities of extremely viscous products; machine details mention filling and closing monoblock configurations for mascara and concealer applications and a configuration with integrated feeding system and labeller. Volume range: 3-30 ml. GM-R100 Speed (Up to): 45 ppm. GM-L100 Speed (Up to): 45 ppm (Up to 80 bpm with double pitch). The GM-BLOK series is used for filling and capping challenging make-up products, explicitly including mascara and lipgloss. It can also handle concealers and eye-liners, and a fully automatic version allows fully automatized make-up production.
