Overview

D-NAMIC is an All-In-One Stacker & Bagger and a primary packaging solution for baby and adults diapers in pre-formed bags. Performance specifications include: - Bag Speed (Speed): from 45 to 75 bags/min in single lane; up to 130 bags/min in dual lane. - Pad speed (Speed): from 400 to 1200 pads/min. - Mechanical speed (Speed): up to 80 cycles/min. Pad dimensions are provided as: Pad dimensions - Width Min.: 90 min (3,54”); Pad dimensions - Width Max: 200 mm (7,87’’); Pad dimensions - Length Min.: 160 mm (6,3’’); Pad dimensions - Length Max: 280 mm (11,02’’); Pad dimensions - Thickness Min.: 12 mm (0,42’’); Pad dimensions - Thickness Max: 35 mm (1,38’’). The machine features an interface belt with a product adjustable entrance and an automatic tensioning system, pitch and centering control in infeed phase allowing automatic servo driven discharge of products out of position, and height adjustment of product launchers to ensure accurate product positioning and easy changeover.
