Overview

Features automatic roll change and splicing, and automatic centering for unwinding. Closed-loop control of thickness yields a calendered electrode thickness accuracy of ±1µm. The machine adopts a non-metallic scraper to reduce damage to the roller surface, and an optimized design of roller disassembly enables roller replacement in ≤12H. Roller cleaning is performed by non-woven fabric dipped with silicone oil at a cleaning speed of 120m/min. Optional features include a servo-controlled cylinder with positioning repeatability of ± 1um that offers switching between position control and pressure control and provides real-time calendering force control. Available modules and options include an IHA tab heating module, infrared heating, turret type automatic roll change / single roll unwinding, calendering modules (single roller hot calendering / single roller calendering / tandem roller calendering), a tab calendering unit, roller surface ultrasonic cleaning ○, roller surface laser cleaning, and A2A. For calendering electrodes, the machine delivers thickness control with a calendered electrode accuracy of ±1µm using closed-loop thickness control. It also supports tab calendering and tab heating via the IHA tab heating module and infrared heating. The equipment provides automatic roll change and splicing, automatic centering for unwinding, and turret type automatic roll change / single roll unwinding to support continuous roll handling and changeover.
