MAB 2002

Overview

The masonry work platform MAB 2002 has a carrying/lifting capacity of 2000 kg and a weight of 960 kg. Its platform dimensions are length 3,0 m (length with extendable catwalks left/right 5 m), width 1,5 m and lifting height 0,49 - 1,99 m. Lifting speed is 1,5 m/min; drive is electric/hydraulic; voltage is 400 V / 16 A; control is foot pedal. Carrying extraction is 150 kg / extraction and the undercarriages have height max. 2.5 m. The platform features a non-slip checker plate covering, a double-acting hydraulic cylinder with a safety valve that relieves hydraulic pressure during transport, a centrally located electrical control cabinet to enable additional platforms to be connected, a large supporting base frame with symmetrically arranged cylinders for optimal weight distribution and constant load capacity, side bulb extensions for improved stability, an optional plug-in wheel set for moving the platform across the construction site, and a railing rack for transporting railings. The MAB 2002 is intended for masonry work in house construction, house building, industrial construction, building construction, structural engineering, renovation and formwork. It follows the construction as it progresses upwards, accelerating processes, reducing the workload and supporting ergonomic working, and its short set-up times and central electrical switch box allow flexible use and connection of additional platforms. In accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, masonry work platforms may only be used with handrails.
